1. Payment Terms:
• We accept payments via Bank Transfer.
• No cash payment is accepted.
• Do not make any payment to individual accounts except our corporate account for all Velox-related activity.

3. Refunds:
• Refund requests will be considered on a rare case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 365 business days after 50% is deducted as an administrative charge.

• Plot swapping/switching/transfer still attracts a 20% surcharge deduction on the price of the plot to be swapped at the time of purchase.

4. Currency:
• All transactions are processed in Naira and Dollar. Any currency conversion fees or fluctuations are the responsibility of the payer, we encourage our client in the diaspora to use our dollar account 1713854096, Access Bank for all foreign transactions.

5. Invoice and Receipt Details:
• Ensure that all invoice details, including billing address and contact information, are accurate. Any discrepancies should be reported to our Head of sales and finance team promptly to reduce errors in deed preparation.

6. Confidentiality: – All payment information provided to Velox Real Estate & Investment Limited will be treated confidentially and in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Changes to Payment Policy: – Velox Real Estate & Investment Limited reserves the right to modify this payment policy at any time, when we do, an updated policy will be communicated appropriately.
