1. Payment Processing:
a. Payments are processed upon receipt. It may take up to two business days for payments to be reflected in your account.

b. Payment confirmation breakdown and debit receipt should be properly filled out online and sent to the Sales Team for each transaction for confirmation and documentation purposes.

c. Sales Commission Payments are paid at the close of business on Tuesdays and Fridays, exigencies beyond our control can delay your commission till the day after. If after 12:00 pm on Wednesday and Saturday, your commission is still delayed, please reach out to the finance team via 0806131-2122 to confirm payment status.
